Our fees are based on a number of factors: the level of skill required to successfully treat complex problems, the amount of time involved for treatment, the quality of our personnel, the number of services we provide, our facilities, our equipment and our continuing education.
Our fees are discussed thoroughly with each patient prior to treatment. Following are the payment arrangements we have established for your convenience:
- You may pay in full at the time of your treatment.
- You may put the cost of your treatment on your credit card
Insurance
We accept most insurance coverage which allows you to choose your doctor. As a courtesy to our patients who are fortunate to have this kind of dental insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available and file the claim for you.
Insurance is an arrangement between you and your insurance carrier, not between the insurance carrier and the doctor. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, not to an insurance company. Your insurance company is responsible to you for your benefits. You are responsible to your doctor for all fees.
As with all doctor-patient relationships, you are responsible for fees for services provided.
